There is a house of Imagery And there is a great production city Of Imagery It helps us not to waste our breath No need to speak The Imagery helps us to meet people Without actually meeting them And Imogery helps us to feel Without actually feeling anything. The advance of AI has finally resulted In shrinking of the human spaces We have become dumb. And deaf too to the natural voices As stale music always Keeps piping in our clogged ears Thrills are plenty, And what is finally lost It is the warmth of being human. * Imagery has been used in the sense of a Menagerie ....a house where Images are kept, relating it to computers and mobile phones. ** In the same way, Imogery also is suggested as a city where we have images for every emotion. Il problema vero di quest’epoca è che la tecnologia, pur aiutando gli umani, ha snaturalizzato gli istinti positivi facendo credere a ciascuno di essere un super-io laddove il linguaggio è sceso ai livelli di osteria sui social media.
La cultura non si trasmette senza profonda comprensione e per comprendere bisogna leggere: introitare gli argomenti e non glissare, guardando solo le immagini per non perdere tempo.
I messaggi vanno letti anche in assenza di tempo per poter capire gli altri. Ascoltare è più importante che parlare.

The real problem of this era is that technology while helping us here and humans, has denaturalized positive instincts by making everyone believe they are their own self, whereas language has descended to tavern levels on social media.
Culture cannot be transmitted without deep understanding and to understand you need to read, take in the topics, and not gloss over, only looking at the images so as not to waste time.
The messages must be read even in the absence of time in order to understand the others. Listening is more important than talking.

Sono onorata di aver tradotto la recente poesia del grande poeta e filosofo indiano, Dr. Jernail D Anaand,che riflette le ansie di questo inizio di millennio.
Le nuove tecnologie, che avanzano a passi rapidi, stanno diventando una specie di ossessione soprattutto con l’introduzione dell’Intelligenza Artificiale.
Saremmo in grado noi umani di affrontare le sfide future senza perdere la nostra umanità e capacità creativa?

I am honored to have translated the recent poem by the great Indian poet and philosopher, Dr. Jernail D Anaand, which reflects the anxieties of the beginning of the millennium.
New technologies, advancing at rapid paces, are becoming something of an obsession, especially with the introduction of Artificial Intelligence.
Would we humans be able to face future challenges without losing our humanity and creative capacity?
